Our Services

All services provided have fixed as well as variable costs involved.

Basic Trailer & Hauling
$200.00 plus the variable cost of dumping at the landfill

• 20 cubic yard container.
• $59.50 per metric tonne.
• Clean fill and concrete have no landfill charge.

Excavation Services
$70.00 per hour

• Excavations are calculated on an hourly basis.
• Minimum 3 hour charge Applied with travel time to and from the site.

Structure Demolition
$3.50 per sq. ft.

• Calculated by the square foot of the structure.
• Minimums on smaller sheds will apply.
• Added costs for finished interiors and stucco will apply due to weight charges at landfill.

Concrete Demolition
$1.50 per sq. ft. up to 5” thick

• Calculated by the square foot and thickness. 
• ​All underlying slabs and piles will be assessed separately if discovered.

Welding & Fabrication Services
Welding of mild steel and stainless can be performed on site.  Some items can be custom fabricated onsite. Just ask for a quote.
